12 taps and more than 134 bottled beers
And so ZILT can call itself a specialty beer café. One tap is reserved for Jupiler Pils and one tap for Hertog Jan Special beers that change per season - we simply have a soft spot for the brewers from Arcen.
Beer in abundance
Something different flows from the other 10 taps: dark, blond, amber, sweet, bitter or hoppy.
From well-known, medium-sized Dutch brewers, from Trappists from Belgium and traditional Germans to 'microbrewers' from the United States. It's just what we feel like! Beer from smaller, mainly Amsterdam brewers, is increasingly flowing from our tap.
Autumn: benefits of bock beer
Every autumn ZILT packs a punch with bock beer. For ten years now, we have been starting the season with a bock beer festival in which, in addition to a huge selection of bock beers, we have a large amount of cheese, sausage, pâté and bread serving: Bok beer finally deserves a good base.
