Jenever in all its kinds and flavours
Unfortunately, many people hold a negative image of jenever, a drink that has its origins in the Low Countries and enjoys some degree of familiarity even in northern France. Economic developments once led to the squandering of this magnificent product, with large quantities of cheap and flavourless vitriol ending up on the shelves of many liquor stores and cafés.
Fortunately, with today's focus on quality drinks there is also more interest in the better jenevers. We carry a number of them in our range and cannot wait to introduce you to them.
Jenever takes many forms: young, old, korenwijn, and so on, and the spectrum of flavours is very broad. Jenevers can be decidedly spicy and bitter, or velvety soft and sweet. Let us inform and advise you.

From €36 we pour you a selection of six fine jenevers, accompanied by a lovely glass of pilsener and a traditionally Dutch selection of bites: herring, eel and ossenworst.
